PHOTO GALLERY OF SMILES
Please don't change the page--you're in the right website! This is not a showcase for cosmetic dentistry. Instead you will find pictures showing the love, peace and exuberant joy in the Holy Spirit (as reflected in their beautiful smiles) of lay and religious brothers & sisters, young people, children and priests during our charismatic events or activities.
What do you think inspired me to include these photos in my site? These images remind me of that enormous joy, peace and love of our Lord Jesus Christ that I experienced during my baptism in the Holy Spirit. Also, they bring healing to my memory because when I looked at my pictures during the time of the abuse, I noticed that my face was rather sad and devoid of any trace of smile. In fact, even in my adult life and prior to my baptism in the Holy Spirit, I could still see a faint, forced or even fake smile on my face, except when I'm with my family.
Today, even in times of adversity, my wife Vangie and myself are able to enjoy a laugh and have radiant smiles on our faces, especially when we are with our children and charismatic brothers and sisters. And, the joy, peace and love in our heart is so contagious, particularly when we are singing praising songs to the Lord in the community. Of course, worry creeps in sometimes. And so, I just have to remind myself of what this holy priest used to tell us, that is, "Worrying is a sin," and "A true Christian is a joyous Christian."
Then, I just smile and lift up my worries to God. It's good for the heart. And, soul.
